    I'm flabbergasted Stott, I'm sorry, I mean Merrithew has so much for free now on youtube. I used to spend so much money on their VHS and Dvds bc you couldn't find ANYTHING for free anywhere. I should have checked in a long time ago. I love PJ.❤ I'm curious what caused this change. Must have been bc of covid.

    Good information, very well presented. I use a lot of Fascial work in Ballroom & Latin American dancing coaching at all levels. It works wonders, even though some have no idea what the Fascia is. For years I've taught muscular memory, and the memory within the Fascia takes that to a new level. I noticed that as soon as a dancer stops trying to use muscle groups and becomes aware of muscle chains from under the foot to the top of the neck, they start to wake up and realize how easy their movement becomes.

    When a set of clear cams to hold the ropes can be had for < $15 I find it ridiculous the “at home” reformer uses the hokey “knots & tubes”. I realize you need to put “upgrades” on these to charge even more ridiculously expensive prices, but seriously…

    I felt that palm/thumb exercise all the way through my forearm! I like that these exercises seem a lot more gentle than some of the exercises other channels have shown! I was diagnosed with carpel tunnel, but with it is a lot of tight muscles. Like, I can't straighten my fingers sans pain and gripping things is REALLY hard. I can barely do prayer hands nor grasp a ball 😅 Let's hope these exercises help some!

    Hi I have the same exact reformer and adjusted it as instructed but why is mine still loose? It's when I pull the ropes but it doesn't move back up so the carriage just moves up towards the end and it doesn't stop. It doesn't recoil.

    Reformer with fitness circle - warm up the shoulder gurdle - bilateral - reach up to the ceiling with the ring - mobilize upper mid back, scapulae, shoulder gurdle Glide up one arm (unilateral) Allow scapulae to reach Elbows flexed + pressure (not locking in) Speed up & fluid movement Smooth and in control Not rigid or tight - Reach one arm up and release down Focus on thoracic area Try not to lock anywhere - move 2 inches away from shoulder rest Elevation - reach and slide back down Bring the circle back down Spinal rotation Legs table top Rotate the legs to one side Pull the circle ring - counter movement Obliques connect through the core
